By booking an appointment, requesting a project proposal, or transferring a project deposit to Jawandasolutions (operated by Avtar Singh, Udyam MSME Registered), you agree to these Terms of Service. All engineering work is performed with transparent scope milestones and dedicated founder-led support.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("Client") and Jawandasolutions (operated by Avtar Singh, registered under Government of India Udyam MSME). By approving a scope of work or remitting a retainer fee, you confirm your acceptance of these terms in full.
2. Scope of Work & Deliverables
Jawandasolutions builds custom software including mobile applications (Android/iOS), web dashboards, e-commerce platforms, AI assistants, and automated data pipelines. All deliverables are built according to the written specification agreed prior to work commencement. Scope additions requested after project start are billed under additional milestone addendums.
3. Payment Terms & Milestone Approvals
Software engagements require an upfront non-refundable retainer prior to engineering commencement, with progress payments linked to verified milestone demos:
- Retainers & Invoices: Project retainers and milestone payments are final and non-refundable once engineering resources have been allocated to the project.
- Source Code Delivery: Full admin access and IP transfer are provided upon final invoice settlement.
4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon full payment of all agreed project invoices, Jawandasolutions transfers full exclusive ownership rights of the custom application code and project assets to the Client. Open-source libraries and standard third-party tools retain their respective developer licenses.
5. Limitation of Liability
Jawandasolutions executes all software builds following high-security coding standards and rigorous testing. In no event shall Jawandasolutions or its founder be liable for third-party hosting outages, external API modifications (e.g. OpenAI, Stripe), or indirect business interruptions beyond the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project.
6. MSME Registration & Governing Law
Jawandasolutions is an officially registered Micro Enterprise under the Government of India's Udyam MSME scheme (operated by Avtar Singh). These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Chandigarh / Punjab courts.
